How
to Nominate
Nominations will be accepted beginning on November 7, 2008, and ending on January 31, 2009. Only those nominations received by 11:59 p.m. (PT) on January 31, 2009, are eligible for participation. Nominators entering via Sponsors’ website, www.officeteamaward.com, must provide valid information. Reproduced, altered, incomplete or defaced entry forms are void. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries or notifications.

Eligibility
This nomination is open only to nominators and nominees who are legal residents of the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, and are 18 years of age or older, except as noted otherwise. These nominations are intended for viewing in the United States and Canada only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to U.S. law. Do not submit a nomination if you are not located in the United States or Canada. Staff employees of the Sponsors may nominate individuals, except those employed at Sponsor organizations, but are not eligible to receive the award.
Entry
Entry constitutes your acceptance of all rules and consent to Sponsors’ use of your name and your entry for advertising, promotion or marketing purposes, as permitted by law, without additional compensation. The use of any automated devices in connection with this nomination is prohibited. Entries made on the Sponsors’ website will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
Judging
All eligible nominations will be judged by a panel of judges. The judges will choose one first place winner from all the eligible entries received. The judging criteria to be used in selecting the winning nominee is available in the Criteria section of the Sponsors’ website. Sponsors may contact nominees for verification as a part of the judging process. The judging process will require nominator’s cooperation to verify nominee’s qualifications and employment information. The winning nominee will be notified the week of March 16, 2009, via e-mail, telephone or express mail based on information provided on the entry. By participating in this nomination, nominators agree to these rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Prize
Subject to the terms and conditions of this nomination, the winning nominee may receive the following items:
- Round-trip coach airline ticket from a major commercial airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion) to Denver, Colorado, to appear at the SkillSoft Annual Briefing for Administrative Professionals program on April 21, 2009.
- One-night hotel accommodation (room rate only), as determined by Sponsors, in Denver, Colorado, to appear at the SkillSoft Annual Briefing for Administrative Professionals program on April 21, 2009.
- Round-trip coach airline ticket from a major commercial airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion) to Minneapolis, MN, to attend the International Association of Administrative Professionals International Convention and Education Forum on July 26-29, 2009 .
- Five-night hotel accommodations (room rate only), as determined by Sponsors, in Minneapolis, MN, to attend the International Association of Administrative Professionals International Convention and Education Forum on July 26-29, 2009.
- One full complimentary registration to attend the International Association of Administrative Professionals International Convention and Education Forum on July 26-29, 2009.

- A one-year national membership to the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
- Training and preparation for certification toward Microsoft Office 2007 Business Certification.
- $500 gift card at a national retail store of the winning nominee’s choice.
- Complimentary registration to one of the following events (must choose only one):
a.) 2009 International Association of Administrative Professionals Certification Conference in Portland, Oregon, October 18-21, 2009
or
b.) 2010 International Association of Administrative Professional Education Conference in Reno, Nevada, March 8-10, 2010
The top four runners-up will receive a leather-bound personalized certificate, $250 gift card to a national retail store of their choice, Training and preparation for certification toward Microsoft Office 2007 Business Certification and recognition in their local market if they reside in a location with an OfficeTeam office.
Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed, except by the Sponsors, who reserve the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
Notification and Verification
The nominator and the winning nominee will be notified by e-mail, telephone or express mail based on information provided on the entry. The winning nominee will be required to execute and return a fully completed affidavit of eligibility, including a liability and publicity release, within seven days of notification attempt, or the prizes will be forfeited and an alternate winning nominee may be selected. In addition, the winning nominee must be willing to travel to the location on the dates specified in the Prize section, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winning nominee may be selected. Once the winning nominee chooses the conference and the gift, the winning nominee cannot choose another conference or gift. All winning nominees are subject to Sponsors’ verification of winning nominee’s eligibility and qualifications, as determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion.
Additional Rules
Sponsors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or cost arising directly or indirectly in connection with this nomination or prize. All taxes on prizes, any other incidental expenses related to the prizes and any required documentation relating to any travel are the sole responsibility of the winning nominee. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections, whether human, technical or otherwise in nature. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this nomination should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of this nomination. Sponsors are not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or related equipment resulting from or relating to participation in this nomination process or downloading any material related to this nomination process.
Termination
Sponsors reserve the right to alter or terminate this program at their sole discretion in the event of extreme, unusual or unexpected circumstances. Sponsors will not be responsible for printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, including such errors that may lead to erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize.
Entries
All nominations remain the property of Sponsors and will not be returned.
