Tamra Goodall, CAP-OM is the 2011-2012 International President of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).  This is her sixth year on the international board, having served three years as Southeast District Director, then as vice president and president-elect.  Tamra is a member of the Charleston, WV Chapter in the Virginia-West Virginia Division of the Southeast District of IAAP.  She served on the chapter board for four years and on the division board for three years.  She works for the West Virginia Hospital Association in Charleston, WV as the Coordinator of Educational Services.
