She designed and wrote a PowerPoint presentation which takes new hires through their first day, their first week, and lets them know how the firm operates, it mission statement and goals, and what they can expect in their first few months with the firm. She drew upon multiple resources to put together a professional and impressive introductory presentation. In anticipation of changing roles within the organization, she took on the task of updating – and in some cases – re-writing – job descriptions across departments. In recognizing the needs of entry level accounting staff, she prepared and delivered up-to-date Financial Statement training.
She is adept at negotiating contracts and terms with vendors and with conflict resolution. She recently solved a potentially critical copy machine maintenance issue with the vendor and was able to re-negotiate the terms of the agreement in order to ensure continued optimum work flow and greatly reduce the risk of work stoppage, particularly important during our busy season.
