Susan Fenner, Ph.D., is the manager of education and events for the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). She develops programs for IAAP conferences and creates training materials designed especially for office professionals. She has a column called “Turning Jobs Into Careers” in OfficePro magazine and recently co-authored the book Perfect Phrases For Office Professionals, published by McGraw-Hill. Susan is also responsible for coordinating content for Options Office Skills and Options Technology - two programs offered by IAAP, conducting weekly podcasts with featured guests, and tracking trends in the profession.
