Kay
Enlow has been employed with Hallmark Cards since
1980. An administrative assistant III in the Employee
Relations department of the Human Resources division,
she is currently working on a special project team
charged with the testing and implementation of a new
HR/payroll interface at Hallmark, in addition to other
project-related tasks. Enlow is a charter member of
the Hallmark Chapter of the International Association
of Administrative Professionals (installed in the
fall of 1990), and has served as chapter president
and vice president.
Enlow
attained her Certified Professional Secretary®
(CPS®) designation in 1992 and recertified in
1997. She earned her Certified Administrative Professional®
(CAP®) rating in May 2001, and was among the first
to sit for, and achieve, that rating. In 1995, Enlow
started serving at the division (state) level of IAAP,
serving as secretary, president-elect, and concluding
her division work as Missouri division president in
May 1998. She served on the Retirement Centers Trust
Committee during the 1998-99 IAAP term.
Enlow
has been a member of IAAP’s
International Board of Directors since 2000, serving
two terms as international director - Southwest District,
followed by a term as international secretary, international
vice president, and international president-elect.
Enlow was installed as international president of
IAAP at the 60th International Convention and Education
Forum in 2005.
