Nancy Brown was the recipient of the 2006 Administrative Excellence Award. Nancy has been with Manulife Financial in Canadian Individual Insurance based in Kitchener for the last six years and has 20 years of experience in the administrative profession. She currently supervises two administrative assistants and provides executive assistance to two Assistant Vice Presidents in the department.

A charter member of the Grand River Chapter of IAAP, Nancy is currently President-Elect and has also served as Treasurer and Chair of Special Events. She is also a Certified Toastmaster and earned her Executive Secretarial Diploma from Conestoga College.
